Policies

At Jumping Jellybeans LLC, safety is our number one priority. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if, in the opinion of the Jumping Jellybeans representative, it is deemed unsafe to operate the equipment in the location of the event. We believe that safety begins with the location and we will not set up any bouncer on uneven or soft, wet ground. No equipment will be placed close to any electrical lines or power distribution boxes.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations, other than weather-related as described below in the Weather Policy, must be made at least 14 days prior to your event or be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Delivery Policy:
Free delivery, setup, and takedown within the counties of Fauquier, Prince William, and Culpeper on all orders over $150.00. A $25.00 fee will be applied to those orders until $150.00. For delivery outside these areas, a delivery fee of $2.00/ mile will be assessed, call for a quote.

Weather Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, you will be given the option to cancel the event and receive a refund of your deposit. A representative will contact you prior to delivery if the weather is a factor.

Equipment Guidelines and Use Policy
The event location must be a flat, firm surface free of rocks and sticks approximately 3 - 5 ft larger than the bounce rented. A minimum of 20 foot clearance is necessary from all overhead power lines.

Lessee is responsible for providing electrical supply from a three prong outlet with in 100 feet of the desired location to operate the blower and or concessions. In the event that electricity is not available from an outlet, a minimum 3500 watt generator may be used. In the event of power failure, Jumping Jellybeans will not be held responsible and no refunds will be made.

All equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times. No bounces are to be used without direct adult supervision.

No one is permitted inside any bounce unless it is fully inflated and secured in place. If the unit losses power or should the unit not be securely anchored, the adult supervisor should hold the door and ask the riders to calmly exit the unit until power is restored or the unit can be resecured. Do not use the unit in wet conditions or place the electrical cords in a location where they can get wet.

Do not use if the wind speed is in excess of 20 mph.

Shoes, glasses, dangling earrings and jewelry, and any other hard or sharp objects should be removed prior to entering the bounce.

No food, drink, or gum is allowed in or around bounces. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed should food, drink, or gum be found inside or on the bounce.

No silly string is permitted to come in contact with the inside or outside of the bouncer, this causes irreparable damage to the bouncer, the customer acknowledges that if the bouncer is damaged by silly string then a $1000.00 fee will automatically be imposed and be due and payable by the customer.

No pets are allowed in bounces.

No flips, rough housing, or crashing into others is allowed. No climbing on the net walls, or up slides is allowed.

All riders should be of the same age and size group. Little children should not be present when older children are inside the bounce.

The Lessee accepts responsibility to enforce all rule set forth here as well as those contained in any other form provided by Jumping Jellybeans LLC.
